Miraj Parikh, Financial Advisor – Northwestern Mutual
"From Strategy to Stewardship: How Planning Became Personal"

Some founders follow a calling. Others discover it through lived experience. For Miraj Parikh, the journey from marketing executive to financial advisor didn’t start with numbers it started with trust.

With over two decades in advertising, Miraj spent his career helping brands grow many of them in the financial services space. He worked with over 15 financial institutions, studying what made each one unique. But one name always stood out: Northwestern Mutual. As a client himself, he admired their transparency, client-first mindset, and unmatched AAA rating. Their approach didn’t just speak to his head it aligned with his values.

What began as a client relationship deepened when Miraj took on projects with Northwestern Mutual from the agency side. For three years, he immersed himself in their world and eventually, it led him in-house. As Director of Partnerships and Activations at their corporate office, Miraj saw something most never do: the unfiltered heart of the organization. A culture of care. Advisors who didn’t just plan they listened.

That experience changed everything. Miraj began to see the long-term impact of thoughtful financial planning in his own life and in the lives of others. And that realization sparked a question:
“If this could empower me, who else could benefit from it?”

That question became a purpose. Miraj launched his own financial planning practice backed by the same company that had once guided him to help others make confident, informed decisions about their future.

What makes his practice different isn’t flashy tactics or complex jargon. It’s his human-centered approach. Miraj doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. He believes in listening, educating, and partnering especially with those who feel left out of traditional financial conversations.

Today, Miraj’s work is about more than wealth. It’s about wellness. It’s about empowering women, supporting immigrant families, guiding creative professionals, and helping business owners align their passions with long-term security.

Because when financial planning is built on empathy and insight, it doesn’t just change bank accounts
it transforms lives.

And just like that first conversation changed his, Miraj Parikh is making space for others to step into their own financial power
one conversation at a time.
